I'd love to try to figure out what needs resetting before I deal with them on Monday. Of course our tech support service is not available because it's a holiday weekend. And I can't find any other feature to reset. I've made sure I am not in "do not disturb" mode. I did not go into the system and deliberately reset this - as the solution to the previous thread calls for doing. I can't figure out how or why, or what I did, possibly, to make this happen.
